Automatic 2 Layer Stretch Film Extruder
JDSJ-65/50
This machine also can be used as either a LDPE film extruder or a LLDPE film extruder. As a result, JDSJ-65/50 automatic 2 layer stretch film extruder is applicable for producing LDPE or LLDPE stretch film for building material and hardware parts packaging.
This film extruder adopts two screws. If want to produce stretch film with only one side adhesive, we need to feed different raw materials to two different hoppers.
Features of JDSJ-65/50Automatic 2 Layer Stretch Film Extruder:
1. Nitrogen treated 38CRMOALA alloy is adopted to make screws and cylinders of our film extruders to ensure a capacity of anti-corrosion and long service lifetime etc.
2. Cycle water cooling device guarantees the best transparency of produced stretch films.
3. Auto change-over and auto cutting are applied in the rewinding part.
